A common thing I’m trying to do is determine if a certain option is “safe” or not. The Algorithm helps me with that initially, via the rankings, but another useful indicator is how far “out-of-the-money” (OTM) the strike price is. Theoretically, the further the strike from the current price, the less likely that option is to be assigned.
I realized I didn’t actually have a column for this on the List, so today I added it! You can now filter and sort by the “OTM (%)” column to your heart’s content! I think this will be a powerful new feature that I certainly will be using going forward.
